Businesses Boost Festival

Anticipation is building as Warwick’s iconic annual event draws near. The amazing ambience of jazz, brightly dressed trees, quirky yarn bombing , art and fine food have become a magnet for visitors from near and far over the past years. Warwick businesses have responded with delight, providing first class hospitality as jazz venues, and welcoming customer service right across the retail sector. Sponsorship has also become a key feature of the festival’s success, and the invitation is out for local businesses to get on board and be seen as a vibrant arm of the Warwick Community.

Kathy Payne of Southern Downs Wellbeing Support Service explains why she chooses to contiubute to Jumpers and Jazz in July as a Local Business Supporter.

“Connectiveness, creativity, fun and pleasure, plus the economic benefit for many of our small businesses are some of the reasons”, says Kathy, “My service is all about encouraging happier, healthier and more enjoyable lifestyles. Jumpers & Jazz provides a wonderful opportunity for all ages to engage in a very positive community event.”

Style Shoes proprietor Melanie is proud that her family-run business has been serving the Warwick community for over fifty years. Melanie declares that Jumpers & Jazz is “invaluable”.

“People keep coming back year after year, “says Melanie, “There is a real buzz about the town and the feeling among the visitors and locals is so positive. I’m proud to be able to support such a wonderful community event that brings so much to our town.”

Louise de Lissa, Marketing Manager from Rose City Shoppingworld, is also a proud supporter.

“Jumpers and Jazz is vital to the region because it shares the many wonderful aspects of Warwick and surrounding areas with a wider audience,” says Louise, “We sponsor because the centre values the hard work and efforts of the many who successfully put the event together each year. This in turn provides a strong event calendar with flow on effects for retail and business in the town.”

Mindful of the vast array of business representation in Warwick, organizers offer opportunity for sponsorship at appropriate levels , with acknowledgement given on website, at festival events, and all media releases, which includes a very expansive social media outreach.

For further information as to how businesses can seize the opportunity to become a “mover and shaker” in our community and boost the festival to even greater heights, check the official Jumpers and Jazz in July 2017 website or facebook page.
